❓ How can I send you my photo(s)?
Send your photo via email with you order # to neha.ann.lee [!at] gmail.com or via Etsy Message. For Etsy: Click Message The Seller or Contact (below Shop Owner's avatar) and click on Upload icon to attach your photos. If you send me multiple photos without specifying how to use them, I will choose one photo that works best. Please send high resolution images only.

Yes, no problem. Please message me and I will create a custom listing for you.
❓ What is the processing time?
Processing time: 3-7 business days, it depends on the number of orders I have in progress (it could be quicker).
❓ How do you make the design?
I create the portraits in Adobe Illustrator.
❓ Can you draw animals?
Yes, I can draw these animal- Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, insects and lizards.

Are your stickers waterproof?
YES! All my stickers are waterproof.
Why do you not accept returns/refunds/cancellations?
I do not accept returns or exchanges nor do I offer refunds. This is due to the made to order nature of our products. There will be NO refunds or replacements for packages marked delivered but reported not received. Please reach out if an item arrives damaged or broken.
I am not USPS. Once I mail your order it is literally out of my hands.
This is a small business of one. I am unable to allocate the extra labor, time, materials, shipping costs, & stress, to remake orders for free, I accept returned inventory & definitely cannot refund out of pocket.
Unlike Amazon, Walmart, Target etc I cannot afford to absorb these losses.
Can I cancel my order?
Please note that we are unable to cancel orders after they are placed.
Exceptions: If you made a mistake while ordering please contact us ASAP so we can make the change on our end i.e. incorrect address, wrong quantity/variant.
